In 1947, George Orwell wrote 1984. Its not a bad book. Winston Smith is a little naive but what really stands out is the way that the public were being controlled.

- Starbucks works because they took a mad idea and tried it out. Who would ever have tried to open a new store only a few yards from the old one? Common sense tells you to open the other side of town, Every focus group will tell you the same - regardless of it being an online version.
